Hey guys!

Zaful was kind enough to send me some items to review so I’ll be sharing them with you today! It’s basically an entire outfit for less than 50USD so definitely worth checking out!

  1. Vintage Camouflage Jacket ($24 or £19)fullsizerender-16 img_3872The jacket is really soft and comfortable and comfortably oversized! I love the distressed front and the flowers that were added to the camouflage pattern!
  2. Velvet Dress ($14.50 or £12)img_3914 img_3899This dress has basically become my favourite thing ever!! It’s quite warm and decently thick, and it has pockets!!!!! It’s so comfortable to lounge in and looks super cute paired with doc martens! (It comes in 3 colours and I want them allllll)
  3. Eagle Claw Ring  ($1.37 or £1.10)img_3941The ring is super quirky and I love that it’s a claw. It doesn’t feel like it’s a cheap material (I get allergic reactions to things really quickly and I’ve been wearing the ring all the time!)
  4. Wrap Necklace ($1.82 or £1.46)I didn’t manage to take a picture with the necklace, but I really love it and I’m going to bring it along with me when I go to Leeds this weekend (so hopefully you’ll get a pic then!)

I got everything pretty quickly, I was told that it would take almost 10-15 business days with a few days for the order to process but I got it within two weeks! I got the dress & 2 accessories in one package (they were dispatched first) and then the jacket in another! You only pay for postage once so it’s really great that they send everything to you as soon as they can even if it means splitting it up!

In terms of quality, everything was pretty decent (especially for the price), nothing felt cheap or bad quality and their customer service was great! I sent lots of emails for the collaboration and got really quick replies!

Anyways, if you’re interested in checking Zaful out (which I definitely think you should!) here are the links below! Retailmenot has loads of voucher codes so definitely worth checking before paying!

Hey guys!

Sorry for the unbelievably long gap between posts, I’ve been ill for the last week or so and just been stuck in bed feeling completely awful (curse you viral flu). I’m feeling vaguely better so I thought I’d do a little post about this great beauty website I’ve been working with!

4 You By You is a Student Focused Unisex Beauty Website run by a student at Manchester Metropolitan University who created the website during his placement year. This is a really student-focused website, so basically it focuses on offering established beauty products to students for student prices as well as offering other ways in supporting students (such as by providing opportunities to work with their student unions!)

Besides having a huge range of great beauty products (from make up to hair care to skin care and brushes) and links to possible job opportunities, the website also has things like tips & tricks – ‘how to survive freshers’, ‘money saving tips’ and many other posts which are really useful for university students!

Of course, the brand understands the need to focus on beauty lovers (and not just students), so besides the great discount codes they already have on the website for each individual university (you can check those out, as well as more information about working with your student unions here), you can use the discount code ‘ElectricConcept’ to get either 20% off or a Gift With Purchase Worth £5 on most products.

You can check out all of 4 you by you’s social media accounts below and you should definitely check out their website (I’m going back to reading their great tips & tricks page once I’ve posted this!)

Happy Wednesday!

Hey guys!

One of my relatives is planning on getting married this summer (I love weddings!!!) and since I’m going to be a bridesmaid I’ve been looking at lots of bridesmaid dresses! Aisle Style recently emailed me about their new bridesmaid collection so I thought I’d share a few that I liked! (The wedding’s gonna be in a tropical country so short dresses seemed like a good idea and so those were what I was mainly looking at, but they have lots of gorgeous long ones!)

  1. Vintage Strapless Chiffon Bridesmaid Dress I feel like this is a really classic dress and the colour is really cute!
  2. V Neck Chiffon Bridesmaid Dress Navy is one of the colours I wear the most and I really love the v neck detail of this dress!
  3. Lace Trimmed Tulle Bridesmaid Dress I adore the lace trimming and waist detail of this one!
  4. Bateau Neck Lace Bridesmaid Dress  This dress is super elegant and such a pretty colour!
  5. Lace Bodice Tulle Bridesmaid Dress   Honestly, I absolutely adore long dresses. I have so many that I have no chance to wear and I couldn’t resist sharing this one with you guys!! The waist detail is absolutely gorgeous and I love the tulle skirt!!! (aha this is what Nicole does on Sundays, just randomly lust over pretty dresses and spazz about waist details)

Aisle Style has lots of really pretty dresses and even if you have no events you should definitely check their website out! I’m going back to looking at pretty dresses now so have a blessed Sunday guys! xx

Hey there!

I’ve got a new review for you guys today! I’ve recently been in contact with Vape Shoreditch and they sent me a vape kit & some e-liquid to review for you guys! (Read till the end for an exclusive 90% discount off your first box!)

Vaping is supported by the UK government, NHS and cancer charities (NHS Stop Smoking Services proactively welcome anyone who wants to use these devices as part of their quit attempt!). Every smoker you convince to try vaping instead, you are helping to save lives. Vaping has been found to be up to 95% less harmful than smoking and has also been found to help smokers quit! (you can read the full UK Gov report here).

I know that this is something different but according to studies up to 50% of the population don’t know that e-cigarettes are less harmful than smoking so I feel that it’s important for people to be well informed so they can make good decisions! Moreover, the effects of smoking can be really devastating (I’ve personally lost loved ones to lung cancer) so I’m for anything that could help a smoker quit.
Okay but enough of the naggy ‘stop smoking kids’ lecture, let’s talk about Vape Shoreditch! The kit I got included a Shoreditch Two vape pen kit as well as three bottles of e-liquid.

I’ve never used/set up a vape pen before but the Shoreditch Two vape pen is really easy to set up and charge! Not only does it come with a certificate of inspection (cos you always wanna know your stuff’s working right), there’s a guide with really helpful diagrams to help you get started.

FullSizeRender 15

For those who’d like specifics, the Shoreditch Two is slimline and has a 380 mAh Battery (200 puffs), 1.5ml Tank and comes with a 1 Year Battery Warranty.

Now for the e-liquids! The e-liquid flavours come in three categories – tobacco, sweets and fruit, and I got one from each. I asked my friends (who are proper smokers, unlike me HAHA) to try these out so you could get a smoker’s point of view! I got all the liquids at 6mg nicotine strength (they also have them in 12mg and 18mg). Feedback on the peppermint chocolate is that it’s not too sweet and has a nice aftertaste (kind of like After Eight chocolates!)

Vape Shoreditch isn’t just an e-liquid store, it’s a monthly service. For £9.99 a month, you get 3 bottles posted to you via free 1st class delivery. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time and you can even change your delivery dates and orders whenever you want!

If you use the code ‘NICOLEO4954’ at checkout, you can try three bottles of e-liquid for just 99p including p&p!! (Register for your 99p box here).

So you’re looking for a different way to stop smoking, vaping is an option you could consider!

Happy Wednesday!

Hey there!

Hope everyone’s been having a good week! Billion Dollar Brows was kind enough to send me two of their brow kits to review and I’m excited to be sharing them with you! I’ve always had thick brows and never really bothered with drawing them, but I’m really in love with these products so I think I might start.

  1. Best Sellers Kit FullSizeRender 9The best seller’s kit has a collection of all the best products from Billion Dollar Brows. It includes a brow pencil, a dual sided highlighter/concealer pencil, a brush and brow gel. As a beginner (I’ve literally drawn my brows like twice), I found this kit pretty simple to use. The brow pencil is supposed to work with all hair colours and worked out really well on my dark brows. The pencil went on pretty smoothly which made it way easier than the last time I tried to draw my brows! The highlighter/concealer duo was great because it really helped to make my brows look more defined and the concealer was exactly right for my skin! The brow gel was great to help set the brows and they looked great the entire day, when I got home after an entire day of classes they were still looking great!
  2. 60 Seconds To Beautiful Brows Kit FullSizeRender 8The other kit I got to try out was the 60 seconds to beautiful brow kit. I’ve never used powder so when I first saw the brow powder I wasn’t sure what to do, but I must say, I love it even more than the pencil! The dual ended brow brush made the powder really easy to use and I felt a bit more in control with the powder. I’ve used the powder for two days now and I’m probably going to stick to it! Its really quick and easy and is great for when you’re in a rush but still want to look put together.

Here are swatches of the products (from top to bottom): highlighter, concealer, pencil, brow powder.

What’s a make up review without pictures of the actual product on? You’re going to have to excuse my selfie skills but here’s a picture of my brows with the 60 seconds to beautiful brows kit!

My brows already kind of have a shape but using the powder really helped to define them and give them a nicer shape without making them look over-drawn or too dark!

Here’s one with the best sellers kit!

Billion Dollar Brows products are now being sold at Boots and you can check out their full range of products here! I highly recommend both the kits (especially the 60 seconds to beautiful brows kit!) You can also check out their instagram for major brow goals!

Thanks for reading xx
