Hey guys!

Haven’t done one of these posts in a while but there were a couple of things I got/used a lot in February and I thought I’d share them!

  1. Valentino Poudre I was in Selfridges helping my friend pick out a gift for his mum and this perfume caught my eye! I’m really sensitive to smells and most perfumes are far too strong for me, but I love the sweet, powdery smell of this!
  2. Burberry Scarf  I bought one of these at London Fashion Weekend and I literally have just been wearing it every day!!
  3. Nike Air Force 1s  I’ve recently started wearing these again and I now remember why I love them so much! I wear dark colours a lot but these work really well with all my jeans! Plus I’ve been wearing them with mom jeans and my burberry scarf and I love how it looks!
  4. Skinny Mint tea  I started this in January actually and then kind of stopped after 14 days cos I got lazy but it made me feel a lot less bloated and just generally like I had more energy! I’m currently trying out another teatox that I was sent to review and that should be up sometime next week!
  5. Kiko Lip Marker  I’ve been using this a lot because most lipstick comes off while I’m eating (and I’m ALWAYS eating) and this lip marker just does not budge at all once it’s dry! I have this in Apple Red and I really love the colour.

What are some of your February favourites?

Thanks for reading! xx

Hey there!

I’ve got a new review for you guys today! I’ve recently been in contact with Vape Shoreditch and they sent me a vape kit & some e-liquid to review for you guys! (Read till the end for an exclusive 90% discount off your first box!)

Vaping is supported by the UK government, NHS and cancer charities (NHS Stop Smoking Services proactively welcome anyone who wants to use these devices as part of their quit attempt!). Every smoker you convince to try vaping instead, you are helping to save lives. Vaping has been found to be up to 95% less harmful than smoking and has also been found to help smokers quit! (you can read the full UK Gov report here).

I know that this is something different but according to studies up to 50% of the population don’t know that e-cigarettes are less harmful than smoking so I feel that it’s important for people to be well informed so they can make good decisions! Moreover, the effects of smoking can be really devastating (I’ve personally lost loved ones to lung cancer) so I’m for anything that could help a smoker quit.
Okay but enough of the naggy ‘stop smoking kids’ lecture, let’s talk about Vape Shoreditch! The kit I got included a Shoreditch Two vape pen kit as well as three bottles of e-liquid.

I’ve never used/set up a vape pen before but the Shoreditch Two vape pen is really easy to set up and charge! Not only does it come with a certificate of inspection (cos you always wanna know your stuff’s working right), there’s a guide with really helpful diagrams to help you get started.

For those who’d like specifics, the Shoreditch Two is slimline and has a 380 mAh Battery (200 puffs), 1.5ml Tank and comes with a 1 Year Battery Warranty.

Now for the e-liquids! The e-liquid flavours come in three categories – tobacco, sweets and fruit, and I got one from each. I asked my friends (who are proper smokers, unlike me HAHA) to try these out so you could get a smoker’s point of view! I got all the liquids at 6mg nicotine strength (they also have them in 12mg and 18mg). Feedback on the peppermint chocolate is that it’s not too sweet and has a nice aftertaste (kind of like After Eight chocolates!)

Vape Shoreditch isn’t just an e-liquid store, it’s a monthly service. For £9.99 a month, you get 3 bottles posted to you via free 1st class delivery. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time and you can even change your delivery dates and orders whenever you want!

If you use the code ‘NICOLEO4954’ at checkout, you can try three bottles of e-liquid for just 99p including p&p!! (Register for your 99p box here).

So you’re looking for a different way to stop smoking, vaping is an option you could consider!

Happy Wednesday!

(This is a sponsored post!)

Hi guys!

This is my second time doing the Your Tea 28 Day Tiny Tea Teatox and so I thought I’d share my thoughts with everyone!

I’ve been on the teatox for about 2 weeks, and just like the last time, the effects have been great! But first, let me tell you a bit more about TinyTea.

According to the Your Tea website, Tiny Tea is specifically designed to help with:

  • bloating
  • indigestion
  • problematic skin
  • cellulite
  • reduction of excess weight
  • increase energy

Contains: Jue Ming Zi, He Ye, Shan Zha, Lai Fu Zi, Chen Pi, Mai Ya

The ingredients all sound very chinese-y and herbally, and I guess they kind of are. The tea smells like oolong tea? The smell is strong so if you’re not into those kinds of teas then this isn’t for you (some people say it smells/tastes like dirt but I don’t think so!)

The teatox comes in this really pretty box, I think packaging is super important when I’m trying to motivate myself!

The box is really messy cos I’ve had quite a bit of it! You’re supposed to drink it 3 times a day, either 30 mins before or after each meal! Since I’m in school, I normally drink it once in the morning before school, once immediately after school (4pm?) and once in the evening! I also miss one quite often, but it works perfectly fine even if you just drink it twice! IMG_8482

So since starting the teatox, I’ve had a lot more energy (I got up EARLY today, exercised for 45 mins, and didn’t feel the need to nap like I usually do), and I feel a lot less bloated! After being sick a while back I was binge-eating for a while, and this has really helped to curb that! Although I haven’t been keeping track visually (I forgot to take a before picture), my jeans have gotten a bit looser which is definitely a plus!

I’ve heard really good things about other teatoxes, my friend just finished her skinnymintea one, so I might try that after this one and tell you guys which one I think works better!

You can check out Tiny Tea here, there’s also a 14 Day option, and a few other teas!

Thanks for reading! 🙂

p.s. this was not a sponsored post, they didn’t send this to me or anything (I wish they had), so all of this is 100% my opinion, and idk how it’ll work on you!
